How do I order a rush job?
With our quick turnaround times, rush services are hardly ever needed by our clients. If you are in a rush, please call our toll-free number and we'll see what can be done.

When do I see a proof?
A status update email will be sent to you alerting you that there is a proof that needs to be approved. Just click on the link in your Account area.

Where is my order history?
BankruptcyDB saves and tracks all orders in your "Account" section. To view your past orders, login through the BankruptcyDB.com home page and go to your account.

How do I know the status of my order?
BankruptcyDB is not your ordinary postcard printer! We like technology and how it can help make your project go smoother. Each time you receive one of our status update emails, you order has moved to a new step in the printing/mailing process. And of course you can always sign into the BankruptcyDB member area in order to review all of your current and past orders.

How do I track my order?
When you place your order, it goes through several steps in production and quality assurance. You can track your order using the tools provided in your "Account" area. Once the product has been printed, it will be immediately delivered to the post office.

As marketing professionals, we understand how to get customers to react to your mailing. By using tried and true direct marketing techniques and outstanding graphic design we get you the results you desire and keep your company looking great.

What is the postcard design process?
We adhere to our own efficient and complete design and revision process:
1. We collect all information from you about your marketing goals, company information, customer information, clip art, etc.
2. We design a mockup of the artwork and submit it to you via our online proofing system.
3. You can make up to 2 minor changes, if any.
4. We design a full color mockup based on your suggestions and send you an online proof for your approval.
5. We redesign as necessary (additional charges will apply at this stage) and send you an online proof for your final approval. You make any small tweak's and edits that may be required, but what you will have is essentially the final product.
6. We send artwork to press, address your postcards and apply postage and then deliver them directly to the post office.

Can I design my postcard?
If you design your own postcards, you can send us your artwork via our online upload feature. If we design your piece all proofing of the artwork is done online via our custom proofing system. These systems make it simple and easy to get a quality product in a timely manner.
